Well here is how you can change it.
Go to your Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Gauges folder and look for your Minipanel.cfg file.
First MAKE A COPY OF THE FILE.
Then, at least in my file, insert your new Minipanel like this. This is a transparent minipanel I like for single engine planes.

Doesn't work for me. Is there other steps needed? Normally to change an aircraft's mini panel I just go into the panel.cfg of the aircraft concerned and edit it's mini panel to the way I want it. However, the Flight1 Cessna Mustang panel.cfg has no mention of the minipanel.
