YouTube - PMDG Startup Procedure Tutorial

This is the same guy that produced the PMDG Programming the FMC.

This is a good little video on the Start-Up Procedure for the PMDG 737.

YouTube - PMDG FMC Tutorial Part 1

One of the most frustrating things I have ever done is to attempt to program the FMC in PMDG's planes.

Well this guy has produced some YouTube Vidoes describing how to do this. These are a life saver...check them out.

Mozy Online Backup: Simple, Automatic, Secure

What does this have to do with Flight Simulation?

Wait till your hard drive crashes and you loose all your payware planes and scenery.

I use this and love it......You can backup an unlimited amount of data for $5.00 a month....cheap insurance.

PMDG Simulations - Aircraft

This is a great Sim Aircraft company.

Their 747's are really nice flying planes.

PMDG Simulations

AVSIM Online

Well here is where you find it..........what? Everything!!

They have the largest Flight Sim Library on the web....planes....secenery....forums......reviews......everything.

Check it out.

Vvroute.net - software for virtual aviation

Want to see what pilots are flying on Vatsim....or what controllers are on duty and where?

Here is an alternative to ServInfo.

It is pretty slick....check it out.

FSNavigator

I have talked to many simmers and without fail...most of them say this is the first program they would purchase after getting Flight Simulator, if they had it to do all over again.

The biggest problem is....it only runs on FS 2004 right now...and there is not a date set at this time for a release for FSX.

I use it nearly every time I fly.

Aeroworx Aviation - Home of the Beech King Air 200

Well there are a bunch of plane software companies out there and I will be naming them off in the future, but for me....right now in my simming career...this company and the Beechcraft King Air 200 is the best.

Here are a couple of reasons I say this:

1. This particular plane has won awards for being one of the closest to flying like a real plane.

2. Their manuals are amazing and I think the best for a new simmer.

3. Their planes are reasonably priced.

I would recommend the B200 for someone just getting ready to get their first payware plane.

Captain Mike Ray's Airliner Manuals, Stoof Driver Book, and Artwork. University of Temecula Press

I was referred to this guy by Cappy at Deer Valley Flying Club....and this has been the best bunch of books I have ever purchased for Simming.

This is like Simming for Dummies...if there was such a book. If you are having trouble programming a FMC, are new to Simming or just need a good refresher...Mike's books are the best.

Flight Simulator Tools (Flugsimulator)

Here is a great little tool that adds some very cool navigation tools to FS9.
